Southern Company's Power Outlet is our online auction for surplus inventory including equipment, tools, warehouse materials, and miscellaneous used items.

Joining Southern Company's Power Outlet and bidding on listed items is free. Register online and follow the instructions. Once approved, you/your company will be qualified to bid in all Southern Company auctions (Alabama Power, Georgia Power, Gulf Power and Mississippi Power).

In addition to our online auction, Southern Company periodically conducts physical sales and auctions of materials. Auctions include materials from electric service operations as well as used fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. You are invited to join us and visit any of these auctions during the year.

Three Southern Company Vehicle/Equipment Auctions will be held in 2008 as shown below:

April 16th (3:00 pm EDT)
April 17th (10:00 am EDT)

July 16th (3:00 pm EDT)
July 17th (10:00 am EDT)

November 19th (3:00 pm EST)
November 20th (10:00 am EST)

Location: ADESA Atlanta Vehicle Auction, Southern Company auction items will be listed on the ADESA website, under "ADESA Atlanta," a few weeks prior to the auction date.
