Southern Company subsidiary Southern Nuclear has received the Final Safety Evaluation Report from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's technical staff for the Combined Construction and Operating License for Plant Vogtle units 3 and 4 near Waynesboro, Ga. Full story.
